Rules and Policies
Park Rules
- Children under the age of 13 MUST be supervised by an adult, 18 or older.
- No running or rough play is permitted in anywhere in the park.
- Outside food and drink are not permitted inside the park.
- Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose, and similar behavior in the pool is prohibited.
- Proper swimwear is REQUIRED to enter the pools. Street clothes are NOT allowed in the pools.
This includes T-shirts, tank tops, basketball shorts, jean shorts, undergarments, etc.
- All persons shall take a cleansing shower before using the pool. A bather leaving the pool to
use the toilet shall take another cleansing shower before returning to the pool enclosure
- Anyone who has or has had diarrhea in the past two (2) weeks shall not use the pool.
- Children who are not toilet-trained must use a swim diaper. Please do not change diapers at poolside.
- No smoking, alcohol, or drugs allowed on the premises.
- No animals allowed on the premises.
- The Splash House is not responsible for property loss or bathing suit damage while you are in the park.
- Loitering near the front gate is not permitted.
- Expulsion from the park is at the discretion of management.
Waterslide Rules
- Only one (1) rider at a time.
- Follow the instructions of the attendant and/or lifeguard.
- No running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling, or stopping in the flumes.
- No diving from a flume.
- Leave the plunge pool promptly after entering.
- Must be at least 48" to ride the big slide.
- Must be under 48" tall to use the children's slide and play structure.
- Must ride slide on your back, feet first.
- Parents are NOT allowed to accompany children down the slide.
- No lifejackets on the slides.
- No shoes on the slides.
- Wait for the lifeguard's instruction before entering the slide.
Wave Pool Rules
- Waves alternate on and off at regular intervals.
- No diving, running, horse play, or hanging on pool ladders.
- All guests must enter at the shallow end ONLY, and NOT by pool ladders.
- Entrance may become slippery when wet, use caution when entering and exiting the pool.
- Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult, 18 or older.
- Obey lifeguards and park rules at all times.
